Due to low ticket sales, the 6th/7th Grade End of the Year Trip to Castle Park has been cancelled. Full  refunds for those who purchased tickets are available before or after school in room F17.

It's time to take on the BIG roller coasters...and who better than our 8th grade Jaguars! The 8th Grade Trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain will be held on Wednesday, May 29th from 8am to 8:30pm. Ticket prices are $65 and are now on sale in the Student Store after school. You need a signed parent permission slip (see attached) and a current Grade Check (blue sheet) without any Ds or Fs on it. There are only a limited number of tickets available so buy early because once ASB sells out, they're gone!! Don't miss out on your last and BEST middle school trip of all, Jaguars!!!

Attention 8th Grade Parents and Students!!! We have a lot of exciting activities coming soon to wrap up your middle school experience. Please read the attached letter (which is also being sent home with your student) for information about the 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony on May 24th, as well as the ASB end of the year trip and the last weeks of school.

Yearbooks are now on presale for the low cost of $35. Unfortunately the deadline has passed to have your name inscribed on the cover. This year's Yearbook is promising to be the biggest and best yet, so make sure you order yours today.

Got music? The Booster Club is recruiting new parents for our program. We meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 6pm in Room B1. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 6th. Come support our music students as we discuss upcoming events, fundraisers, and performance opportunities.

JUST ANNOUNCED!! This year's 8th Grade Celebration will be held on Friday, May 24th at 7pm in the Eisenhower High School Stadium. Come join us as we honor their journey through middle school. All 8th Grade Jaguars are invited to participate and seating is umlimited so bring the entire family! Let's make this one of the biggest Jehue celebrations to remember!!!

This Spring's Saturday Step Up Dates Now Available!!!!!  Want to clear up any absences on your Attendance Record?  The Saturday Step Up Program is a great way to accomplish this goal. Sign up in the back office with Ms. Torres and attend Step Up on scheduled Saturdays from 8am to 12pm. If you sign up early, we'll even provide a lunch that day. Don't miss out on this opportunity!!  Here are some dates to get you started:

meetings need you!!! These meetings are intended to bring the Jehue community together to discuss ways to improve our school programs, encourage academic growth, and support our kids. All parents and guardians are encouraged to attend.
Please note, free child care and Spanish translation will be available at these events if funding is available.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
 
I'm proud to serve the students, staff, parents, and community of Jehue Middle School and the Rialto Unified School District.
Our primary goals at Jehue are to increase student achievement, prepare our students for high school, while remaining committed to maintaining a safe, positive and productive learning environment for our 1600 students in grades 6th, 7th, & 8th. The Jehue staff is committed to a strong academic focus by implementing a rigorous standards-based curriculum to ensure our students are proficient in thier academic studies. Students also have the opportunity to actively participate in many different student activities that enhance learning.
Jehue offers a variety of student activities to help build a strong school community, while increasing self-esteem and confidence. These activities include: ASB, Art, Cheer, Computers, Band, AVID, Student Clubs, Athletic Sports, and an assortment of other exciting activities. Please encourage your child to participate in our school activities.
